This website provides information about Cienfuegos Náutica's nautical services in Alicante — sailboat charter with or without skipper, sailing trips, training and sailors' club — and allows users to check availability, request bookings, pay deposits and sign the charter contract and inventory checklist online. This notice governs access to and use of the site; services are additionally governed by the specific booking conditions and the signed contract.

Access is free and confers user status, implying acceptance of this notice. Users agree to:

• Use the site lawfully, diligently and in good faith.
• Provide true and up-to-date data in forms, contracts and checklists.
• Not introduce malware or perform actions that may damage or overload the site.
• Not impersonate others or sign documents on someone else's behalf without authorisation.

Cienfuegos Náutica may modify or suspend the site and this notice at any time; the version published at each moment applies.

Under articles 23–29 LSSI-CE, contracts concluded electronically are valid when consent and other legal requirements are met. Before signing, users can review and correct all data. Once signed, a PDF is generated, can be downloaded and a copy is emailed to the customer and to Cienfuegos Náutica, which archives it as proof.

Deposit payments are processed through secure gateways (PayPal); Cienfuegos Náutica does not store card data.

All site content (texts, photographs, logos, trademarks, design, code and downloadable documents) belongs to CIENFUEGOS NAUTICA S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish intellectual and industrial property law. Viewing and downloading for personal, private use is permitted; reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation for commercial purposes without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Cienfuegos Náutica strives to keep information (prices, availability, routes) accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee the absence of occasional errors; in case of discrepancy, the conditions confirmed in the booking prevail. It is not liable for interruptions due to external technical causes or for damage from misuse of the site.

Links to third-party sites are provided for information only. Under article 17 LSSI-CE, Cienfuegos Náutica is not liable for their content unless it has actual knowledge of its unlawfulness, in which case it will promptly remove the link.

Consumers may submit complaints to bookings@cienfuegosnautica.com, request official Valencian Community complaint forms, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the Courts of Alicante, except where the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the consumer's domicile shall have jurisdiction under consumer protection law.
